In celebration of Founder’s Day, Edmund Rice International hosted a Global Schools Meet on Zoom on May 6th, 2025. On this call, over 150 student youth ambassadors and staff members from across the Global Edmund Rice Network were invited to share the many ways in which their school communities have been advocating for social justice and human rights causes.

From North America, Iona University sophomore student, Adrian Vazquez (pictured right), spoke about his experience as an intern with Edmund Rice International in New York, while Iona Preparatory students shared a video of their human rights campaigns from the 2024-2025 year.
