Students at Bishop Hendricken honored those who have served in a number of ways this Veteran’s Day. The school hosted its annual Pancake Breakfast for Veterans at the school (Pancake Breakfast).

Hendricken also celebrated a Mass at the school by inviting veterans to attend. The Mass was celebrated in honor of veterans, particularly for those members of Hendricken’s school community who have served.

Bishop Hendricken’s SABER (Student Advocates of Blessed Edmund Rice) group spent Veteran’s Day hosting a petition drive by collecting signatures from the school community in support of Rhode Island veterans.

The signatures were sent to Rhode Island State leaders in support of advocating for better holistic health options for veterans around the state.
