Rachel Way (pictured below) is a 17-year-old high school student from ERCBNA network school, St. Thomas More, who reaches out to connect with people living a very different life than her in the Downtown Eastside. The Vancouver Care Project brings dignity to people experiencing hardship, homelessness and poverty. All it takes is a little care.
