Seventy-five years ago a young Patrick McCormack boarded a train for the long trip from Butte, Montana, to New York City. 

On this past August 4th, Brother Patrick Donatus McCormack was joined by family members, friends, former students, neighbors, and fellow Brothers to celebrate the past seventy-five years of ministry as a member of the Congregation of Christian Brothers. 

From his home town of Butte, to Chicago, to Brownsville, Texas, and various places between, Brother McCormack has served as teacher, principal, band moderator, and wisdom figure to thousands.  All present at the celebration were awed by the fact that the 93-year-old celebrant continues to offer his life in ministry to others.
